Gold Sponsorship
  Sponsorship of the Symposium Dinner, or significant support in kind Maximum £25,000

Pricing for this option is dependent upon the number of attendees for the dinner. This option provides the opportunity to market your company as desired at the formal Dinner, including static branding, the selection of a speaker and to invite selected guests, as well as market your organizing throughout the symposium as a whole.

A Gold Sponsor's corporate logo is included on all symposium advertising and the website. Their corporate outline (max 200 words) is included in the symposium handbook and advertising material can be included in the delegate's satchel.

Gold Sponsors will be able to register all company attendees at a substantially discounted rate of 50% off the full fee.

Silver Sponsorship
  Sponsor the welcoming Cocktail Reception - Evening, Day 1 £7,500
Exclusive branding of the main Symposium hall £6,000
Sponsor a Symposium Luncheon - Day 1 or 3 £4,500

These options provide the opportunity to market your company as desired at the Reception, one of the formal (seated and served) luncheons or in the Symposium hall, providing branding by way of static advertising or handouts. In the case of the Luncheons, it includes the opportunity to select a speaker at the function and to invite selected guests.

A Silver Sponsor's corporate logo is included on all symposium advertising and the website. Their corporate outline (max 200 words) is included in the symposium handbook and advertising material can be included in the delegate's satchel.

Silver Sponsors will be able to register all company attendees at a discounted rate of 25% off the full fee.


Bronze Sponsorship
  Sponsor Buffet Luncheon - Day 2 £3,000

This option provides the opportunity to market your company as desired at the buffet luncheon by way of static advertising or handouts. It includes the opportunity to invite selected guests.

  Sponsor Symposium Satchels £3,000

All symposium delegates are provided with a satchel containing symposium material. This option provides for external branding on the satchel as enduring recognition of the sponsorship provided.

  Sponsor Symposium CD £3,000

After the event, all delegates are mailed a CD of the symposium proceedings. This option provides for external branding on the CD label as enduring recognition of the sponsorship provided.

  Sponsor Breakout Room Day 2 Full Day £2,000
Day 1/3 Half Day £1,500

This option provides the opportunity to provide static branding in the room for the half or full day that it is used for presentation of papers. It includes the provision of a track coordinator in the room if desired, for the introduction of all presenters and an initial short company introduction.

Bronze Sponsors will be able to register all company attendees at a discounted rate of 10% off the full fee.


Supporting Organisations
 

This option is available to organisations who are able to provide significant support in kind. Dependent upon the level of support able to be offered, supporting organisations will be recognised at one of the above Sponsorship levels (Gold, Silver or Bronze) with associated marketing opportunities and delegate discounts offered.


Exhibitors
  Display Area £2,500

Provision of a 3m x 2m display space in the exhibitor's area with tables, chairs and power outlets as required (exhibitors will need to bring their own extension cables). Please note that this arrangement is restricted to individual organisations only.

This price includes one full symposium delegate's ticket for the booth attendee. If an extra booth attendee is required, then one extra delegate's ticket can be provided at a discount rate. Tickets are non-transferable. Any additional staffing or attendees from the company will be required to register as symposium delegates at the standard rate.

Each exhibitor's corporate logo is included on all symposium advertising and the website. Their corporate outline (max 200 words) is included in the symposium handbook and advertising material can be included in the delegate's satchel.

SPONSOR AND EXHIBITOR ARRANGEMENTS AND INVOICING

Following discussions on options with RUSI, sponsors and exhibitors will be provided with terms of agreement detailing their chosen option, an invoice and an administration form. They will be asked to be returned to RUSI, along with an electronic version of their corporate logo and 200 corporate words for inclusion in the handbook.

Receipt of the corporate logo by RUSI signifies acceptance of the invoice and the commencement of inclusion in all subsequent event advertising. Accordingly, to maximise their exposure, sponsors and exhibitors are encouraged to immediately discuss the available options with RUSI and to provide acceptance promptly. Payment is 28 days from invoice.
