(The following fees apply per delegate. The fee includes attendance at all sessions, all refreshments and luncheons, receptions and dinners)
STANDARD RATE:

RUSI CORPORATE NOMINEES RATE:
£1299.00 + VAT (£227.33) = £1526.33
(Applicable to stated individual nominees of RUSI corporate members)

GOVERNMENT RATE:
£999.00 + VAT (£174.83) = £1173.83
(Applicable to UK and overseas serving military officers, Ministry of Defence, and other government department and agency employees)

GOLD SPONSORS:
£700.00 + VAT (£122.50) = £822.50

SILVER SPONSORS:
£1049.25 + VAT (£183.62) = £1232.88
*25% reduction from Standard rate

BRONZE SPONSORS:
£1259.10 + VAT (£222.34) = £1479.44
*10% reduction from Standard rate
TRAINING DAY (7 OCTOBER): £400.00 + VAT (£70.00) = £470.00 (Fee payable in addition to Symposium fee)
REGISTRATION OF INTEREST
If you are interested and may attend but you cannot register now, then please complete the Registration of Interest form and a  Registration Brochure will be sent  in due course. Registering your interest on the Symposium does not commit you in any way but helps in the planning of the Symposium.

Joining Details will be sent with each registration. If you have not received joining details 10 working days prior to the event, please contact us.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
The fee does not include accommodation. Delegates are responsible for arranging their own accommodation, including hotel reservations. For more information on accommodations in London, please visit our accommodation page.

SUBSTITUTIONS, WITHDRAWALS OR CANCELLATION
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation of registration 10 working days or more prior to the conference date is subject to a £100 administrative fee. There will be no refund for cancellations received after this time. For a cancellation to be acknowledged, you must provide cancellation details in writing, and have received written confirmation in return. Substitutions may be made anytime before the event, substitutions must be informed to RUSI.

PROGRAMME CHANGES - It may be necessary, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, to change programme content, speakers and/or timings. MTCA is not liable for any changes. Please provide an email address so that the final programme can be sent to the the week before the event.

METHOD OF PAYMENT - Payment must be received in full on or before the date of the Symposium, otherwise entry will br refused. All late registrations (10 working days or less) must be paid by credit card. As standard with all registrations, VAT invoices and receipts will be issued, along with Symposium Joining Details, as confirmation of registration. Invoices must be paid within 28 days or by the day of the symposium, whichever is soonest.
