Invitation for Sponsorship & Exhibition

The Project Management Institute - College of Performance Management (CPM) is proud to announce the ninth Australian International Performance Management Symposium for the Asia Pacific Area.

Initially conducted in the early 1990’s, the Symposium has been an annual event since 2002.  CPM Asia Pacific 2006 will be the ninth performance symposium conducted in Australia.

The symposium embraces disciplines directed at the management and control of projects and enterprises. As such, topics presented include corporate governance, strategic planning and business benefit management, balance scorecard, risk and opportunity management, earned value management, theory of constraints, performance based contracting and various project management methodologies such as PRINCE2.

Previous symposiums have concentrated on the mechanics of performance management. In CPM2006 we will examine the traditional concepts and principles of performance management and how these contribute to the emerging ideas about Corporate Governance with a focus on leadership, stewardship and control

I encourage you to be an active sponsor or exhibitor at Australia’s premier performance management event.
