SYMPOSIUM (1 - 3 MARCH 2006)
(The following fees apply per delegate. The fee includes attendance at all sessions, all refreshments and luncheons, receptions and dinners.

All fees are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST)

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION - The fee does not include accommodation. Delegates are responsible for arranging their own accommodation, including hotel registration. For more information on accommodations in Canberra, please visit our Symposium Accommodation Web Page.

SUBSTITUTIONS, WITHDRAWALS OR CANCELLATION
Each registration must be made in the name of a specific individual. Substitutions will be accepted at any time up until 24 February 2006. 50% of registration fees will be refunded in the event that a delegate withdraws and notification is received in writing to MTCA by 10 February 2006. There will be no refund for withdrawals after this time. In the event of cancellation of the Symposium, all registration fees will be refunded. 

PROGRAMME CHANGES - It may be necessary, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, to change programme content, speakers and/or timings. MTCA is not liable for any changes.

REGISTRATION OF INTEREST

If you are interested and may attend but you cannot register now, then please complete the Registration of Interest form and a  Registration Brochure will be sent  in due course. Registering your interest on the Symposium does not commit you in any way but helps in the planning of the Symposium.
